KEYHOLE Self-clinching Standoffs Type LSKC

Standoffs are designed so that a PC board or panel can be quickly slipped into place and then removed from an assembly by simply sliding the board sideways and lifting it off. KEYHOLE fasteners can save valuable time and dramatically reduce the amount of loose hardware required. Type LSKC can be used for spacing or hanging of replaceable components. Typically, several LSKC standoffs are used with one standard threaded standoff which accepts a screw to secure the board or component against any unwanted movement.

Installation:
Must always be carried out using a squeeze action-nevr a shock loadPunch a hole in the metal sheet to the size recommended in our technical data tableDe-burring of the hole is not recommended.Apply pressure to the head of the fastener sufficient to totally embed the clinching ring aroundthe entire circumference and bring body in contact with the sheet.Insert fixing screw or bolt from side opposite to the fastener body.
