Installation instruction:
Please put the threaded inserts into a reserved core pins, then closed the mold and mold it together with the plastic.
The core pin is designed to match the bottom hole of the thread or be designed according to the size table. 
If the core pin is smaller, it will cause the platic overflow into the internal thread; if the pin oversize, it will cause the inserts failed put into.

How do you use threaded metal inserts?

Using threaded metal inserts involves several steps, from selecting the appropriate insert to properly installing it in the material. Here are some general guidelines on how to use threaded metal inserts:

1. Choose the correct insert
Material: Select inserts made of suitable material such as brass, steel or aluminium, depending on the application and the material used.
Type: The type of insert will depend on the material to be inserted (plastic, wood, etc.) and the method of installation (self-tapping, thermosetting, ultrasonic, etc.).

2. Prepare materials
Drilling: If using a self-drilling insert, drill a hole in the substrate that matches the insert specifications. For thermoset or ultrasonic inserts, the hole diameter should be slightly larger than the insert's outer diameter.
Clean Holes: Ensure holes are free of debris, dust or contaminants for proper insertion.

3. Installation of insert
Self-drilling insert:
Align the insert with the hole and use a screwdriver or insertion tool to push it into the material. The insert will cut its own threads as it is installed.
Heat-Set Insert:
Insert the insert into the pre-drilled hole. Using a heat source (such as a soldering iron), heat the insert until the surrounding plastic softens. Remove the heat source and allow the material to cool, securing the insert in place.
Ultrasonic Insert:
Place the insert into the hole and use the ultrasonic insertion tool to apply ultrasonic vibrations, which will melt the plastic around the insert and embed it securely.

4. Check the fit
After installation, ensure the Insert is flush with the surface of the material and firmly embedded. There should be no movement or play.

5. Use Insert
After installation, you can use threaded inserts to connect components with screws or bolts. Make sure the fasteners used are compatible with the thread type of the insert.

6. Maintenance
Regularly check the integrity of the insert, especially in applications subject to vibration or mechanical stress, to ensure it remains secure.
